About Us
What started as a one man operation in the garage under the house, now occupies a 25,000 sq. ft. facility.
Our Company History
We have been in business since 1973. Howard Tryba started in the garage under his house with a Bridgeport and a small lathe. The shop grew to 4 employees before he decided he need more room.
H.T Machine moved to 661 South Main St. in Webster, MA. At first, he occupied 1,500 sq. ft in the old mill complex. As the business grew, so did the amount of space H.T. Machine needed.
In 2001, H.T. Machine built a new 25, 000 sq. ft. facility at 15 Town Forest Rd in Webster, MA.
In 2011 his daughters Kathy and Wendy purchased the business from Howard. Along with their husbands Tom Holden and Steve Leighton, they continue to follow Howard’s belief that if you treat customers fairly, they will return.
Most of our business is generated from word of mouth, either from people suggesting us to others or people changing companies and asking us to help them in their new venture. Our quality work, at a fair price delivered on time is our best selling point. Let us show you why so many people refer us to others.
Our Business Philosophy
Quality is important to any manufacturer. We emphasize quality throughout each step of our manufacturing process. We also strive to be as efficient as possible so we can offer a competitive price to our customers.
